Cinque Terre

Abstract version of Cinque Terre, someplace I've never been, but will someday! I used colored pencils and acrylics on the underpainting with oil pastels as the top layer. It is on heavy duty artist paper and is varnished with high quality materials to protect the piece for a lifetime.

I used a colorful palette of blues, pinks, yellows and orange. There is no shortage of color in this piece! It measures at 10 x 7 inches total, with a 1 inch border surrounding the entire piece. The actual painting without the border is 5 1/4 x 8 1/4 inches. It would look great matted in a frame.
